In your letter say – what type of a house you need. – what the house size should be – in what area should it be located Dear Michael, I am planning to get a 1 bedroom flat. Size should be at least 50 square meters and the bedroom should be at least 20 square meters. I hope that the flat that I will be renting is fully furnished, complete with refrigerator, washing machine, bed mattress, tables and television. I want the house near the city center since I will be commuting from the house to work. But the environment should be quiet and comfortable because I will be living with my wife and 2 kids. I also prefer living near the public facilities such as the gym and the swimming pool. If you can find a house near an elementary school, do inform us because one of our child will start schooling next semester. Please get a price equal or less than the market value.
